Acceptable Use Policy

See It, a product of NEXT App Development LLC, pays real people to physically capture photos, video, and livestreams of requested places. Because captures happen in the real world, this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for what may be requested and what may be captured. It applies to everyone: buyers who write bids and sellers who capture and submit media. We enforce this policy with zero tolerance for the core prohibitions below.

Core Prohibitions

• No requesting or capturing photos or video of identifiable individual people. Do not target a specific person, and do not frame a capture so that a bystander becomes the subject or is identifiable. Incidental, non-targeted presence of people in a public scene is different from making a person the subject; when in doubt, do not capture.
• No capture on private property. Capture only from places you are lawfully allowed to be, such as public streets and spaces. Do not enter, trespass on, or capture into private property, homes, or restricted areas.
• No nudity or sexual content. Do not request, capture, or submit nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material.

Additional Prohibited Requests and Content

• No content that is illegal, or that requests illegal activity, or that facilitates harm.
• No violence, threats, harassment, stalking, or content that endangers you or others to capture.
• No capture that puts the seller at physical risk or requires breaking the law to complete.
• No spam, scams, deceptive requests, or attempts to misuse the marketplace.
• No content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

Zero Tolerance

Requests and submissions that involve identifiable individual people, private-property capture, or nudity or sexual content are removed, and repeat or serious violations lead to account termination. We may remove content, refund affected buyers, release or cancel affected bids, and restrict or terminate accounts at our discretion to enforce this policy.

Reporting and Blocking

If you see a bid or a submission that violates this policy, report it from the item. Reporting sends the item to operator review; upholding a report removes the content marketplace-wide and, for a funded bid, refunds the buyer. You can also block another user to stop them from interacting with you and to hide their content from you. Blocking is private to you.

How Enforcement Works

Operators review reports and disputes against this policy. Removed content is hidden from the marketplace. Because this policy is the standard the report flow and dispute arbitration reference, keeping requests and captures within these rules is the fastest way to get paid and to keep your account in good standing.
