See It is a product of NEXT App Development LLC that connects buyers who request location-based photos, videos, or livestreams with nearby sellers who capture them. This policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

  • Account and contact data, such as your email address, authentication provider details, public handle, support messages, and optional contact email.
  • Marketplace activity, such as bids you create or claim, submissions, purchases, reviews, disputes, support tickets, balances, payouts, and related timestamps.
  • Approximate map areas viewed or searched so we can show relevant marketplace activity, operate location-based product features, and diagnose map behavior.
  • Seller capture verification data, including capture metadata, device verification signals, upload metadata, and location evidence used to evaluate whether submitted media satisfies marketplace requirements.
  • Payment and payout data from Stripe, including object and Balance Transaction identifiers, lifecycle status, transaction gross/fee/net facts, linked ledger records, and reconciliation results or issues. Stripe collects and processes payment method, bank account, identity, tax, and compliance information under its own terms; See It retains the accounting and audit facts needed to operate and reconcile the marketplace.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, show nearby marketplace opportunities, verify seller captures, route payments and payouts, resolve disputes, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain the double-entry ledger, and improve reliability.

Service Providers

We use service providers to run the product. Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage infrastructure; Stripe handles payments and Connect payouts; Mapbox powers map and location search features; and Vercel hosts the website and serverless application. These providers process information for us according to their own security and privacy commitments.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the marketplace, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, process payments, support users, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. Public surfaces are designed to use pseudonymous profile information and avoid exposing email addresses, real names, exact private locations, balances, or payment details.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account, marketplace, ledger, payment, Stripe transaction-linkage, reconciliation, verification, and support records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, satisfy legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain auditability. Account deletion anonymizes the marketplace identity but does not erase balanced journals, external-transaction links, reconciliation evidence, or counterparty history that must remain for financial integrity. You may request deletion of other eligible personal information; some records remain when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
