Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of See It ("the marketplace," "we," "us"), a product operated by NEXT App Development LLC. See It connects buyers who request location-based photos, videos, or livestreams with sellers who physically capture them. By creating an account, placing a bid, claiming a request, submitting media, or otherwise using the marketplace, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the marketplace. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Accounts are personal; you may not transfer your account or impersonate another person. We authenticate accounts by email one-time code and by Google and Apple sign-in.
How the Marketplace Works
Buyers fund a See It Wallet and place bids for media at a specific place. Sellers claim a bid, capture the requested media in the real world, and submit it. The buyer reviews the submission and either accepts it or opens a dispute. Accepted fulfillments release the complete bid amount to the seller. The marketplace also supports resale of eligible submissions to additional buyers.
Fees
Buyers pay a service fee of ten percent (10%) in addition to the bid amount or resale item price. The service fee and total are shown before the buyer commits, and sellers receive the complete displayed bid or item amount without this fee being deducted from their earnings. Until a bid settles successfully, the service fee remains part of the buyer's reserved value; an ordinary cancellation or buyer refund returns both the bid amount and service fee to the buyer's Wallet. Adding to Wallet also includes a separately disclosed app funding fee, currently three percent (3%) of the amount added, plus a processing-cost recovery; the amount added, each charge, and the total are shown before you continue to Stripe. Payout-provider fees may apply when sellers withdraw. Payment processing and payouts are handled by Stripe under its own terms.
Balances, Funding, and Withdrawals
Wallet funds are tracked in an internal ledger and represent value held for you within the marketplace, not a bank deposit. Adding to Wallet credits only the amount shown; the app fee and processing recovery do not become Wallet value. Placing a bid reserves value until the bid resolves. Sellers may withdraw available earnings to a connected payout account. Withdrawals that are in transit cannot be reversed from within the marketplace.
When Stripe processes a full or partial refund, the Stripe-directed cash amount is returned to the original payment method. The marketplace separately allocates that refund across the original Wallet principal, app funding fee, and processing recovery. For an active account, only the allocated principal is removed from the Wallet; Stripe processing, dispute, and other rail costs are not added to your Wallet obligation. A principal reversal may make your Wallet negative and future ordinary credits may offset it, which can prevent new bids or withdrawals until the Wallet recovers. See It does not automatically charge an external payment method to collect that negative Wallet amount.
Your Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the bids you write, the media you capture and submit, and everything else you contribute. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, requesting or capturing images of identifiable individual people, capture on private property, and nudity or sexual content. We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement
You can report a bid or a submission that you believe violates the Acceptable Use Policy, and you can block another user to stop interacting with them. We review reports and may remove content, refund affected buyers, and take action against accounts. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Disputes Between Users
When a buyer disputes a fulfillment, an operator reviews the case and resolves it in favor of the buyer or the seller. Resolution moves the disputed value accordingly through the ledger. You agree to cooperate in good faith with dispute review.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from within the app. Deletion anonymizes your identity and settles your Wallet: pending funding, value genuinely in transit, or an outstanding buyer/seller review decision must resolve first; clean cases are auto-resolved; and any remaining positive Wallet amount is forfeited. Marketplace and financial history remains attributed to an anonymized handle so counterparties keep their records and the ledger remains auditable. Withdraw any Wallet funds you want to keep before deleting. Deletion is final: if Stripe later directs a refund, dispute, failure, or reinstatement related to the old account, the tombstone stays at zero and the platform absorbs the principal liability; a new account using the same email is unrelated.
Payments Processor
Stripe provides payment and payout services. Your use of those services is subject to Stripe's terms, and Stripe collects and processes payment, identity, and compliance information under its own policies. We store the Stripe identifiers, lifecycle statuses, transaction gross/fee/net facts, reconciliation audit records, and ledger records needed to operate and account for the marketplace.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the conduct of buyers or sellers, for media captured by sellers, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
